Here is my journey of the b2wgroup training in digital skills course.
Week 1 and into week 2 I enjoyed understanding what a digital contact centre was, learning about the types of workplace scenarios there can be and what it means to work and interact with colleagues and customers digitally👍.
During week 2, I learned many things about cybersecurity that I had yet to know about. This course was very insightful and enjoyable. I most definitely will be updating my password, checking for scam websites thoroughly and not opening any phishing emails from now on.
This last course in week 3 has been the best as it was self-learned as a Level 2. Although I had the tutor's guidance, I enjoyed being able to go through the questions and source my own answers 😊.
